PROJECT OVERVIEW
This client in West Hampstead required a new stud partition wall to be installed to stop the front door entering directly into the lounge space.
OUR ROLE
Our team were tasked with completed a stud partition build in this large townhouse in West Hampstead. Bringing a van full of materials to London for the week we got to work installing the framework consisting of 4x2 timbers. After boarding the hallway side with 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, we got to work installing the Rockwool insulation, boarding the interior side and then tape and jointing.
The finishing touches of matching Belgravia skirting and architraves around the new Victorian style panelled fire door made this new addition to the property feel like it's always been there. We look forward to heading back in April for another project.

THE RESULT
The client was extremely happy with the finish. From matching the original Belgravia woodwork, to using recycled insulation, every aspect was considered and installed to a high quality.
