PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our client, the property freeholder, had a long term tenant leave the premises, and so required a full makeover to get the property ready to be re rented to another commercial tenant,
OUR ROLE
Our team were tasked with completing a full property rip out back to bare brick. We were asked to transform the property into a 'neutral, easy to work with, blank canvas' ready for future tenants. Our team were tasked with a complete demo, followed by plumbing, electrical, carpentry - including raising the ceiling height, decorating and plaster boarding the property ready for the plasterers to come in. Once dried back we were asked to decorate the property in full and ensure the commercial property was 'let ready'.

THE RESULT
The commercial property had a new full height ceiling to the front, updated electrics, newly decorated finish and a much smoother finish throughout. The property was let within just 2 weeks.
