PROJECT OVERVIEW
The owners of this listed property in Battle invited our team in to help modernise the kitchen of this gorgeous beamed property. The property once belonged to Battle Tea Rooms and had a commercial kitchen in place. We were tasked with transforming the space for family living.
OUR ROLE
The commercial kitchen in place when we started the project was aged, tired and simply not functional at all. The kitchen required a new electrical rewire, new plumbing throughout, flooring and decorating works. Our team first set to work on removing the old kitchen. We redecorated throughout, including removing years of paint from the gorgeous brickwork in the room, showing beautiful red bricks with original beams. We installed a new kitchen. including double oven and island with integrated ceramic hob and extractor. We finished by redecorating throughout including beams, ceiling, walls and woodwork.

THE RESULT
The new kitchen transformed the property from tired commercial cafe to beautiful family home. The property was actually used as a premium 5 bed holiday let before the family moved in full time.
