PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our clients had recently received the property back after a long term letting and wished to transform the property into a luxury holiday let. The client had a clear idea of what they wanted and we were happy to advise and assist with the installation.
OUR ROLE
We were tasked with removing the old bathroom, including 3 layers of tile on tile! We made repairs the to the lath and plaster walls, tiled the floor, rearranged the plumbing and installed the new bathroom suite. New down lighters were installed and the whole room was redecorated in neutral colours. The original walkway from the bedroom was opened up and the rear window was revealed - we love bringing older buildings back to their original layout!

THE RESULT
The new bathroom made use of modern features including Mira smart bath filler and shower dial, motion sensor LED mirror and high end Villeroy and Boch ceramics. The client was exceptionally happy with our work.
