PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our customer had recently had a long term tenant vacate the property after 12 years and required a full makeover of the property.
OUR ROLE
Our team were tasked with a complete property makeover internally. The kitchen was fully renewed with units, worktops, flooring, a removed old water tank cupboard and a new boiler. The lounge, hallway and both bedrooms were fully redecorated, new flooring throughout and repairs made where required. The bathroom had numerous repairs to be made to walls before the installation of a new bathroom suite and tiled walls/floors. We also provided a full rewire and all plumbing works.

THE RESULT
The removal of the old water tank cupboard created more space within the kitchen, meaning we could install a U shaped kitchen space. The new bathroom provided a clean, relaxing space for new tenants. Our client was very happy with the property.
