Annual Heritage Health Check



A full on-site inspection assessing the condition of:

  • External walls, pointing and render
  • Roof coverings, chimneys & flashing
  • Gutters, downpipes & drainage
  • Timber joinery (windows, doors, sills)
  • Damp risks & moisture movement
  • Ventilation & breathability
  • Internal defects or developing issues

Following the visit, you'll receive a detailed digital report with photographs condition grading and clear recommendations.



Preventative Maintenance



Small issues become big problems when ignored. Your plan includes scheduled minor maintenance such as:

  • ​Clearing gutters and downpipes
  • Small areas of lime pointing repairs
  • Timber treatment and preventative care
  • Checking & resetting ventilation pathways
  • Minor fixes that reduce deterioration

This reduces the long-term damage and extends the life of the building fabrics.
